Perfume Return & Exchange Policy
Perfumes are volatile, flammable, and highly sensitive items. For safety and hygiene, all products are sealed with a tamper-proof label. Please read the following policy carefully before purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Hong Kong Customers Only
Returns/exchanges accepted for Hong Kong orders only. Overseas orders are not eligible.
2. Eligible Return/Exchange Cases
We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is unopened, in original packaging with tamper-proof seal intact, and you contact us within the time limit with clear photo/video proof:
• Wrong item, quantity, or size delivered.
• Serious damage during delivery affecting use or storage.
• Clear quality defects (e.g. broken spray head, cracked bottle, leakage).
• Missing or wrong gift (replacement subject to stock availability).
• Delivery delay beyond reasonable time
(HK/China: 7-10 working days; overseas: within 21 working days).
Time Limit:
• Notify us by email within 7 days of receipt with clear photos (showing seal, full product, and packaging).
• Late or incomplete claims will not be processed.
3. No return/refund will be accepted if:
• Tamper-proof seal is broken, removed or replaced.
• Damage due to customer misuse, poor storage, or handling.
• Scent preference or expectation differences (product has no fault).
• Minor box dents, marks, or scratches not affecting product safety/use.
• Claim submitted after the return deadline
• Missing original packaging, seal, accessories, or gifts.
• Customer refuses to return free gifts (gift value will be deducted from refund).
• Wrong or duplicate order placed by customer
• Colour/design differs slightly from photos (**images are for reference only).
• Insufficient evidence to prove store responsibility.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If caused by our fault (wrong item, damage, leakage, quality issue), we will bear the return cost.
• If due to customer reason (wrong purchase, change of mind) and eligible for return, all shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Must use trackable shipping and proper packing. Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product.
• Damage in return transit may lead to rejection.
5. Tamper Seal & Safety Rules
• The tamper-proof seal is the only proof of unopened status - do not tear, damage
• Perfumes are flammable - keep away from heat, flames, or direct sunlight.
• Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a HKD 100 admin fee.
• Each order can only be returned/ exchanged once.
6. Promotions & Gifts
• Promotional bundles or sets must be returned in full with gifts in unopened condition.
• If gift not returned (opened/lost), gift value (HKD 180 or website price) will be deducted from the refund.
7. Additional Notes
• Placing an order means you have read and agreed to these terms.
• Policy is subject to change without notice - latest website version applies.
• Please check product details and scent descriptions carefully before purchase.
• Refund processed within 10 working days after we receive item. Bank processing time may vary (usually under 30 working days).
• Contact customer service before purchase if you have any questions to avoid disputes.
For International Customers:
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on overseas orders. We endeavour to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases; however, due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to process any return or exchange arrangements for orders outside Hong Kong.
